Check in Policy

New Clients: please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to review important information and prepare for your session. An early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If a late arrival is inevitable, please call. Your service may be shortened in order to keep on schedule, and the original treatment time will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To be fair to all clients, please give 24-hour advance notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged the full amount of the session. “No-Shows” are liable for the full amount of the missed session.

In consideration of myself and others, please reschedule if you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms.

Excessive cancellations and excessive rescheduling, without actually keeping a scheduled appointment, will result in online booking privileges to be discontinued.

Respect for Clients’ Needs

All personal information provided by the client is confidential. The client must also keep the massage therapist informed of any changes in health conditions and/or medications.

Accepted Forms of Payment

Cash and major credit cards are accepted.  A valid credit card may be required to reserve your appointment. Payment is expected in full on the day of the scheduled session.
